2. PRIZE DRAWS:
All entries received up to 12:00 p.m. (PST) on the Contest Closing Date will be entered in the random draw and lucky winners will receive:
Prizes must be accepted as offered with no substitutions. Non-cash Prizes are non--transferable and not redeemable for cash. TELUS reserves the right to substitute a Prize which is, in their sole opinion, of equal or greater value, in the event that any Prize (or any part thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever, or to cancel this promotion without notice. The odds of winning a Prize are dependent upon the total number of eligible entries received.
3. A RANDOM DRAW will be made at TELUS Ventures 201 - 3001 Wayburne Way, Burnaby, BC at approximately 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time from all eligible entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date. In order to be awarded the prize, the selected entrants may have to first correctly answer unaided a mathematical skill-testing question and will be required to sign a standard release form. The chances of being selected depend upon the total number of entries received. In the event that an entrant who is randomly drawn is not eligible, or that the Contest Sponsors are unable to contact the Selected Entrant, using the information supplied on the online form, within 96 hours of the random draw, the prize will be forfeited and the Contest sponsors/independent judging organization shall have the right to redraw another entrant until the Prize is awarded. Failure to comply with the Contest rules or to sign and return any of the release forms within 14 days of receipt will result in disqualification and another entry will be drawn. No correspondence will be undertaken, except with the selected entrant.
4. THE CONTEST IS OPEN to all legal residents of Canada of the age of majority in each province (excluding Quebec). The contest is not open to employees or officers of TELUS Corporation, its affiliated companies or subsidiaries, its advertising and promotional agencies, the independent judging organization, and all persons with whom such employees or officers are domiciled.
5. ALL ENTRIES become the property of TELUS Corporation, who assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries and no correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants.
6. ALL DECISIONS of the independent judging organization are final and the Contest sponsors and judging organization shall not be held responsible for any errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest. The winner must sign a standard release prior to being awarded the Prize, which release shall include confirmation of compliance with the Contest rules and regulations and acknowledgement that Contest sponsors and the independent judging organization are not responsible for any claims or liabilities arising out of any matter related to the Contest and the Prize. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
